Re:

I'm a bit confused by your questions, so let's start from the beginning.
My great-great-great-grandfather Rabbi Reuven Chaim Klein (rav of Davidkoff, author of Shenos Chaim) had 3 sons: Binyamin Eliezer Klein, Tzvi Dov (Hersch Ber) Klein, and Yeruchem Klein. As far as I know, he did not have a son named Moshe. I am a descendant of his oldest son, Binyamin Eliezer (who was my great-grandfather). Binyamin Eliezer also did not have a son named Moshe, his only son was named Mordechai (my great-grandfather). Mordechai also only had one son, who was named Reuven Chaim Klein (my grandfather). So there's nobody named Moshe so far. What makes your brother think that your family descends from the Shenos Chaim? Maybe you can CC your brother on this email so we can discuss?
There was Moshe Azriel Klein (1895-1971) who was a grandson of the Shenos Chaim (through his son Tzvi Dov/Hersch Ber), is that who you're thinking of? There might be more Moshe Kleins in the family tree, but I still need more info to know what I'm looking for.
Are you related to the Fischer family from Los Angeles? I think I remember there's a Rabbi Fischer (whose wife is a Grossman) who is a descendant of the Shenos Chaim.

Shalom & Kol Tuv

What sort of information are you looking for? I've done lots of genealogical research. If you tell me more about your parents and grandparents, I might be able to help.
