Sorry, I don't have any information about that individual. But you seem to have access to some set of archives of the Jewish Agency for Palestine. I am looking for information about my grandfather, Rudolph Klein who was an employee for the Agency in Austria. According to a NY Post article from 1941 my grandfather was arrested and released by the Gestapo three times because of his work for the Agency. He then came to America and joined the army so that he can return to Europe to fight the Nazis.
